Exhibition Preface

The phrase Ⅵ of “Wang Shikuo Art Window Project ”opened at Gallery 2 of Today Art Museum on June 26, 2026. Centered on Poetics of Dwelling in an Era of Mobility, the exhibition features two young artists Yuan Liu and Song Xinlei. Through distinct narratives and mediums, they explore people’s spiritual needs amid constant change: how art anchors the soul and turns mundane life into poetic aesthetic spaces.

Launched in June 2025, the“Wang Shikuo Art Window Project” fosters dialogue between contemporary art and public space, serving as a showcase platform for emerging artists. Since mid-last year, it has presented 12 young artists and scholars across painting, installation, video and more, capturing quiet urban poetry and reflecting sharply on modern life.
