As the supreme decision-making body, The Board of Directors of Today Art Museum has authority over the appointment of the museum director and has the right to supervise the decisions from the director about daily operation, exhibition and event schedule, capital flow and use, etc. The board is also responsible for the administration of its sub-committees. By their respective profession and field, the subordinate committees supply specific advice and comprehensive professional support for the basic operation and long-term development of Today Art Museum.
