This exhibition marks the debut of artist Zhou Qinshan’s latest thematic series, “The Paradox of Equilibrium” (2024–2025). Continuing her distinctive artistic approach, Zhou combines philosophical inquiry with visual experimentation, employing minimalist abstract forms and colors to explore the poetic interplay between existence and perception.

At the heart of this body of work lies a deep investigation into the paradoxes of human consciousness—particularly the fragile dichotomy between balance and imbalance, uprightness and collapse. The exhibition features over 50 paintings and 14 poems. Visuals and verse are interwoven, creating a space rich with philosophical resonance and metaphorical depth.
