Young artists Residency Program of CAFA, which carried out at 2014, is one of major projects of China Central Academy of Fine Arts.This project is aimed at perfecting and advancing the management of standing out talented young artists. In order to achieve the combination with social capital, improve the subvention of those art creative talents and provide supports to those talented graduates for their works' continuation. So as to set up a new platform for artistic talents education in the institute and explore new pattern for artistic talents residing in Beijing.
    The 12 artists taking part in Young artists Residency Program of CAFA are from different school of CAFA respectively, including Fine arts, Design, Chinese painting, Architecture, Experimental arts and so on. As the first collective presenting of the first session of this program, this exhibition is a collective presenting of creating process in nearly one year of those young artists after they graduated from college, and in some ways, this exhibition also reflects the trend and some features of Chinese contemporary art creation. In this moment, we classify those artwork to three sections including ‘Dissimination History’  ‘Naturalization the Present ’‘Design Future ’, and they governed by the theme ' Time Recorder ', hoping to embody the flow of thoughts of the exhibition and highlight the idea of initiative.The grown of these outstanding artists and the program itself are initiating history.
