Based on my work of Joyblin in the World, Wish and Happiness of Joyblin was created by adding different figures and ideas using modern techniques and traditional skills, which is meant to revoke the reverence and love of us. Catalogue of Joyblin is also exhibited at the same time, which reflects my philosophical and aesthetic beliefs that art is giving but not taking.
Joyblin is the name of livings in my imagined world. Joyblin are flying in the sky and can transform to the shape and form they like. They live freely and in harmony, full of mirth. They do not need meal, so they don’t need a body to digest it, thus they don’t have to fight for the food. Their life will never end. They do not have a house, and the world is where they live. The world, as their house and space, is endless. They communicate at the soul level and there is not caste among them. Time and space has no meaning in theirs world, for the eternal mirth and carnival is the core of the world. This is the Joyblin Heaven — the world of Joyblin, my spiritual world created with different artistic skills and techniques. Joyblin world is the dream of my childhood, and I believe it is the world there gods live. Till today, such a dream world exists in my mind. This is the sources of my art. Each figure of Joyblin is created naturally, from the kind and love of my mind. I believe I will exist in such imagined world one day if I can improve myself.
